Fancy a family holiday in the 3 Vallées? esf Les Menuires will be just as welcoming to adults as it will be to youngsters this winter. This resort, which has had the Famille Plus label since 2006, is the ideal place for parents and children to enjoy an unforgettable time in the heights.
On site, toddlers can enjoy the nursery in a dedicated play area, while young children can take their first steps on the snow and startlearning to ski at Club Piou-Piou. Activities, facilities, lessons... Everything has been thought of so that every member of the family can make the most of their visit to Les Menuires.

Snow sports lessons from age 3 in Les Menuires
While esf Les Menuires adapts to children's needs by offering a range of fun activities to help them discover the snow without putting on skis, there's also something for the very young.
From the age of 3, or even 2 and a half at the Piou Piou club in La Croisette and Les Bruyères, little sports enthusiasts will have the chance to try their hand at snow sports. They'll start at Piou-Piou level (beginner) and progress through Blanchot, Sifflotte, Garolou, Ourson and Flocon, right up to the first Étoile.
Accompanied by the resort's faithful mascots, the aim is simple: to enable children to gain greater independence and motor skills on the snow and to be able to move around safely in the various workshops set up within the club. As well as learning about the basics of safety, they'll also have time to discover the joys of the mountain environment!

The esf instructors who train young skiers are specially qualified to meet the needs of the little ones. Whether it's the Piou-Piou club or the children's lessons at Les Menuires, the instructors are keen to offer them an enjoyable learning experience, includingfun workshops, games and rest periods.
The friendly, fun atmosphere created by the teams will help the children to memorise technical movements and safety instructions better, while gradually developing their coordination and self-confidence. It's the perfect way to help them progress at their own pace, as the seasons go by!
